About the Department

The Hematology Department at Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Ayub Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad, provides laboratory investigations related to blood cells, blood-forming tissues and disorders of the blood and coagulation system.

Hematology investigations support the diagnosis, monitoring and management of a wide range of conditions, including anemia, infections, bleeding disorders and other blood-related diseases.

• Hemoglobin and red blood cell analysis
