The gynecology and paedriatric departments have a huge burden of patients, with a very heavy load on the NICU as well. The mortality rate in neonates was high and alarming due to space shortage and lack of essential electromedical equipment. The hospital administration established the new separate Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in July, 2017. The establishment of new ICU was started and completed in a limited time to extend top health care facilities to the patients. Now new fully equipped state of art 25-beds ICU with modern electro medical equipment is available for neonates. This facility not only improved the services but also decreased mortality rate
